Guide
Turbocharger parts for workshops
Wholesale aftermarket turbos for workshops and traders worldwide. Find the number, pick complete or CHRA, then quote on WhatsApp. Price and lead time sit on that quote, per line.
Who this desk is for
TURBOCORE supplies aftermarket turbo parts to workshops and traders. Not retail drivers. You search an OE, turbo P/N or CHRA, or you send a plate photo. The desk quotes on WhatsApp. Approved trade accounts see net prices in the account. Guests still get a line quote with availability and lead time.
The public site is a tool, not a shop. There is no cart and no public price list. That is on purpose. A turbo line is not a one-click SKU. Housing condition, actuator type and the exact turbo P/N change the bill. The quote is the close.
Export is worldwide. The desk sits in Salerno. You write in the language you use on the bench. The crawl copy on these pages stays English so search engines see one version.
Choosing aftermarket turbo components
Start with the job, not the catalog tile. A complete turbo is the full assembly: compressor housing, turbine housing, CHRA and the actuator that belongs on that unit. A CHRA is the center housing rotating assembly. Wheels, shaft and bearings live there. Housings stay on the car when they are still good.
If the turbine housing is cracked, scored or the VNT ring is wrecked, quote a complete turbo. If the housings are clean and the actuator still works, a CHRA is often enough. If you are unsure, ask for both on the same WhatsApp thread. We flag mismatches on the quote. You pick spec versus price.
Do not order from make and model alone. A Golf 1.9 TDI can wear more than one turbo P/N. The compressor plate is the match. The OE number from the parts book is the next best. A CHRA code is enough when you already know you are replacing the rotating assembly only.
Open the catalog and type the number. Rows open by OE, turbo P/N or CHRA. Quote sits on each line. Empty result is normal. The catalog is not every cross-reference. Send the code or a plate photo. We look it up the same business day during European hours.
How a wholesale desk supports traders
Traders buy for a shelf or for a workshop they already supply. Same path. Send shop name, country, quantity and the code. First orders can be small while you test a line. Volume terms sit on the quote, not on a public banner.
If more than one aftermarket line fits, the quote lists them. You choose. Warranty and balancing notes are per line. We do not invent stock counts on the site. Availability is confirmed when we quote.
Need net prices in the catalog later? Request a trade account from Account. Until then, price stays on WhatsApp. That is the same rule for workshops.
Complete turbo and CHRA in the catalog
Filter complete turbos in the complete turbo category. Filter center housings in the CHRA category. Same search box. Same WhatsApp button on the row.
Read the longer decision in complete turbo vs CHRA. The short version on the hub is under Guides, CHRA or complete. Housing good: CHRA. Housing damaged: complete. Actuator seized or electronic fault: say so in the message. A CHRA without a working actuator is a comeback.
Family landings help when you already know the turbo family. GT1749 covers a lot of VAG 1.9 and 2.0 TDI work. VAG 1.9 TDI is the engine page for that bay. Those pages are search tools with codes, not product shops. They still close on WhatsApp.
Read the plate before you order
The stamp on the compressor cover is the number that matches the unit on the car. Wipe oil. Shoot straight on. Fill the frame with the metal tag. Side light if the stamp is shallow. No flash glare.
The site can read a plate photo from the Guides plate chapter. Camera or photo library. If the reader misses it, send the photo on WhatsApp. One clear shot is often enough to start.
The longer walkthrough is identify a turbo from the plate. Italian vehicle plates are a separate path. On a signed-in trade account, a targa filters the catalog by vehicle. Italy only. No VIN and no owner data on the screen. If lookup is offline, send the compressor-plate photo instead.
Repair parts on the bench
Workshops that rebuild keep more than CHRA on the shelf. Actuators, repair kits, gasket kits, wheels and housings show up on the same catalog. Open repair parts on the bench for the list we see most.
Search those lines here: CHRA, repair kit, actuator. Quote the line you will fit. Do not mix a kit from one turbo P/N onto another because the wheels look similar.
How to request the quote
One WhatsApp message is enough. Shop or trader name, country, quantity, and whether you want complete, CHRA or a named part. Then the code: OE, turbo P/N, CHRA, or the plate photo. Vehicle make, model and engine help when the stamp is gone.
The dedicated page is how to request a wholesale turbo quote. Contact details also sit on Contact. Same number. Do not invent a second WhatsApp.
Same business day when the code or photo is clear and you write during European hours. If the photo is dark or the stamp is half missing, we ask for a second shot. That is faster than guessing a turbo P/N.
A typical path through the catalog
Type the turbo P/N first. If you only have the OE, type that. If you only have a CHRA code, type that. The catalog opens matching rows. You do not add to a cart. You open WhatsApp from the line you want.
Filter by category when the code is shared across complete and CHRA. Complete: turbocharger. Center housing: chra. Actuator and kit sit in their own filters. Make and vehicle filters help when you already know the car and you are scanning, not when you are matching a stamp.
If two rows look the same, send both codes. The quote lists the lines that fit. You pick. Do not assume the cheaper-looking label on a screenshot is the right housing. There is no public price for guests, so do not shop from memory of another site either.
Engine and family hubs
Hubs exist so a workshop can land on a family and then search. They are not product pages and they do not carry prices. Use them when you already know the engine or the turbo family.
Engine pages: VAG 1.9 TDI, VAG 2.0 TDI, Renault 1.5 dCi, PSA 1.6 HDi, Fiat 1.3 MultiJet, BMW 2.0d.
Family pages: GT1749, BV39, TD025, TF035, KP35, K03. Open the hub, copy a turbo P/N, search the catalog, quote on WhatsApp.
Photo versus typed code
Type when you can read the stamp. Photograph when you cannot, or when you want the desk to confirm. A typed number with one wrong digit is worse than a slightly dirty photo. If you type, copy the plate twice. If you photograph, fill the frame.
Italian targa lookup is only for approved accounts and only for Italy. It filters the vehicle. It does not replace the compressor plate. When lookup is offline, send the turbo photo. That path is in identify a turbo from the plate.
After you get the quote
The quote names the line, the form (complete, CHRA or part), availability and lead time. Warranty notes sit there. You reply with the line you want. Payment and shipping are confirmed after that, still on WhatsApp or with the account contact. We export worldwide. Packing and papers follow the country you sent.
If you asked for both complete and CHRA, compare housing condition again before you confirm. A cheap CHRA on a cracked turbine housing is not a save. It is a second order.
Common mistakes
Ordering from the engine badge only. Sending a glossy catalog screenshot from another shop with no turbo P/N. Asking for a public price in the first message and nothing else. Mixing a repair kit from one family onto another because the wheels look similar. Forgetting the actuator when the CHRA is the only part on the list and the old actuator is dead.
Fix: send the stamp, say complete or CHRA, say country and quantity. The rest can wait for the reply.
Workshops versus traders on the same chat
A workshop usually quotes one car on the ramp. Quantity is one or two. The plate photo is on the phone. A trader usually quotes a list. Quantity is a box. The codes are already on a sheet. Both use the same WhatsApp. Both need a country. Both get a line quote. The difference is how you write the list. One message with numbered lines is better than five chats.
If you buy for a group of workshops, say that. We still quote per line. We do not open a public shop for your customers. Your customer talks to you. You talk to the desk.
What to keep off the first message
Do not ask for a full brand comparison essay. Do not ask us to name the manufacturer on a public page. Do not ask for a PDF price list to forward to retail drivers. Do not send a VIN dump when a plate photo exists. Those slow the quote and they do not change the turbo P/N.
Do send a second photo if the first is dark. Do send the actuator ID if the cover tag is gone. Do say if the housing is already off the car. That changes whether complete or CHRA is even possible this week on that job.
Performance parts are a different page
Racing and performance parts live on Performance. Handmade turbo prep is in Salerno, to spec. That is not the wholesale replacement catalog. If the job is a standard aftermarket replacement, stay on the catalog and these guides. If the job is a build, open Performance and quote that path on WhatsApp. Do not mix the two in one vague line.
How the five guides fit together
This page is the pillar. Wholesale turbo quote is the message you send. Complete turbo vs CHRA is the housing decision. Identify a turbo from the plate is the stamp. Repair parts on the bench is the category list. The hub at /guides/ stays the short path. Use the hub when you already know the steps. Use these pages when you need the longer note.
Search engines should treat the hubs under /codes/ as the transactional landings and these guides as the informational ones. That is also how the desk works. A query for GT1749 should hit the family hub. A query for how to quote a CHRA should hit a guide, then the catalog, then WhatsApp.
What this site will not do
We do not publish prices for guests. We do not show fake stock. We do not sell to retail drivers. We do not name the manufacturer on these pages. The catalog JSON is for the on-site search, not a feed to republish.
Questions on MOQ, warranty and payment are in the FAQ. First order can be small. Terms are per line on the quote.
