Turbo repair parts on the bench
CHRA, wheels, actuators, kits and gaskets. Search the category, match the turbo P/N, then quote the line on WhatsApp.
What stays on the bench
Workshops that rebuild keep a short list hot. CHRA for the rotating assembly. Actuators when the control fails and the housings are good. Repair kits and gasket kits for the strip-down. Wheels and housings when the damage is local. TURBOCORE lists those lines in the same catalog as complete turbos. Same WhatsApp quote.
This is not a retail kit wall. Match the turbo P/N or the CHRA code. Do not grab a kit because the wheel looks close. The longer buying path is turbocharger parts for workshops.
CHRA
Center housing rotating assembly. Use it when housings and actuator are still good. Search the CHRA category. If the housing is damaged, stop and quote complete. Read complete turbo vs CHRA.
Actuators
Wastegate or VNT control on the side of the turbo. Electronic units have their own ID on the box. Photograph it if the compressor plate is gone. Search the actuator category. Say if the old unit is vacuum or electronic. A mismatch comes back on the ramp.
Repair kits and gaskets
Kits cover small hardware for a strip-down. They do not replace a CHRA. Search the repair kit category. Gasket kits seal the joint after you close the turbo. Quote the kit that matches the turbo P/N you are rebuilding.
Wheels and housings
Compressor wheels, turbine wheels, compressor housings and turbine housings sit in the same catalog under their own categories. Use them when one side is damaged and the rest of the unit is sound. Still send the turbo P/N. A GT1749 compressor cover is not a generic cover.
Family hubs help you stay in the right pile. GT1749 and VAG 1.9 TDI are the first two to open for a lot of VAG diesel work.
Strip-down order
Identify the turbo P/N before you bin parts. Photograph the plate. Then decide what failed. Shaft play and seal leak: CHRA. Actuator no movement and housings good: actuator. Local wheel damage and a good housing: wheel, not a guess kit. Cracked hot housing: stop the rebuild and quote complete.
Keep the old actuator on the bench until the new CHRA is in. You need the ID. You need to see if the arm length and the connector match. Mixing an electronic box from another turbo P/N is a comeback.
What not to mix
Repair kit from family A on a CHRA from family B. Gasket kit from a different turbine inlet. Compressor wheel that fits the nut but not the cover bore. Actuator that bolts on but does not travel the same arm. If two kits look identical in a photo, they are not identical until the turbo P/N matches.

When the bench job becomes a complete turbo
You opened the unit for a CHRA and found a cracked turbine housing. You found a VNT ring that will not move. You found a compressor cover already cut by the wheel. Close the rebuild. Quote complete. The longer note is complete turbo vs CHRA. The hub short version is Guides, CHRA or complete.
Traders stocking a shelf can still buy CHRA, actuators and kits as lines. Say you are stocking, and send the codes. Do not ask the site for a public min-max stock figure. Availability is on the quote.
Gaskets after a CHRA
A new CHRA still needs a clean joint. Quote the gasket kit that matches the turbo P/N if you do not have one on the shelf. Oil feed and drain fittings are not in every kit. Say if you also need those. Do not reuse a crushed oil-feed copper washer because the CHRA was the expensive line.
Hubs for common bays
VAG 1.9 and 2.0 TDI work often starts at GT1749 or VAG 1.9 TDI. Renault 1.5 dCi: BV39. PSA 1.6 HDi: TD025. Fiat 1.3 MultiJet: KP35. BMW 2.0d: TF035. Open the hub, then search the exact turbo P/N in the catalog category you need.
How to quote a bench line
Shop name, country, quantity, category, and the turbo P/N or plate photo. Name the part: CHRA, actuator, repair kit, gasket, wheel, housing. See how to request a wholesale turbo quote.

A short shelf, not a warehouse fantasy
Most workshops do not need every category on day one. Start with the CHRA and actuators you actually see. Add kits when you rebuild more than you swap. Add housings when you already crack them. TURBOCORE can quote a small first box. You do not have to buy a full shop fit-out to test a line.

Wheels in more detail
Compressor wheels are aluminum. Turbine wheels are the hot side. Both need the matching shaft and the matching housing bore. If you only replace a wheel, say so and send the turbo P/N plus a photo of the old wheel. If the shaft is marked, the job is a CHRA, not a wheel. If the housing is cut, the job is housing or complete, not a wheel.
