Returns and refunds

TURBOCORE Parts (turbocoreparts.com). Wholesale aftermarket turbos. Orders close on WhatsApp.

1. Wholesale only

We sell to workshops and traders, not to private retail buyers. Orders are business to business. The EU 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply to these orders.

2. When we accept a return

Send the part back unused, unopened and undamaged, in the condition it arrived. We check the part before we refund.

3. When we do not refund

Damage from fitting or use is not a defect on our side. A part fitted the wrong way, or installed on a faulty unit, is the installer's call. If the damage comes from the fitting, there is no refund.

4. Defective parts

A part that is faulty on arrival is handled under the warranty. Warranty terms are per line and stated on your quote.

5. How to start a return

Message the same WhatsApp thread you ordered on. Send the turbo P/N or OE, the order, and the reason. We read every case on its facts.

6. Refunds

After we receive and check the part, an approved refund goes back to the original payment method.
