1. Who we are

The site is operated for TURBOCORE wholesale sales. Contact: sales@turbocoreparts.com, WhatsApp +39 375 942 5270.

2. What we process

• Messages and media you send for a quote (codes, plate photos, company name).
• Trade / account applications (company, contact, WhatsApp, email, answers you submit).
• Account login data for approved trade accounts.
• Technical logs needed to run the site and Netlify functions (IP, user agent, time).
• With your consent: advertising measurement via Meta Pixel / Conversions API (see Cookie policy).
• First-party campaign tags you arrive with (UTM, fbclid) stored in your browser so we can attribute a later quote request.

3. Why

To answer wholesale quotes, run trade accounts, ship orders, secure the desk, and (only with marketing consent) measure Meta ads.

4. Legal bases

• Contract / pre-contract steps when you ask for a quote or open an account.
• Legitimate interest for security, fraud prevention and basic site operation.
• Consent for non-essential cookies and Meta marketing tags.

5. Sharing

We use processors that host the site and email (Netlify, Supabase where configured, Resend). Meta Platforms receives event data only after marketing consent. We do not sell your contact list.

6. Retention

Quote and lead records stay as long as the business relationship needs them, then are deleted or anonymised. Cookie prefs stay in your browser until you clear them.

7. Your rights

Where GDPR applies you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and withdraw marketing consent. Write to sales@turbocoreparts.com. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority.
